E.ON Drive charging station
The future lies in sustainable mobility, and we are pleased that we too can contribute to its development.
At the end of April, we took part in the launch of a 90 kW E.ON Drive Infrastructure charging station in Strakonice.
Not only is this charging station the most powerful in the South Bohemian Region, but thanks to our payment technology you can now also pay at it contactlessly by payment card, even as an unregistered customer. Together with KB Smart Pay, we implemented the Self/2000 unattended payment terminal, which enables fast acceptance of contactless payments, into the charging station made by SIEMENS. EV drivers therefore simply tap their payment card, smartwatch or phone and pay for the charge contactlessly by means of pre-authorisation.
And this first station is only the beginning. In the near future, the network of charging stations offering contactless payment will expand to Uherský Brod, Přerov, Kladno and Nýřany.
